HELP! We need some no oven needed recipes

We are now totally ovenless. The oven part on our oven stopped working around the beginning of October but the broiler and the stove top still worked so we survived while we were deciding if we should get a new oven or replace the part that had stopped working. We decided to buy because to replace the part it cost almost $200 and our oven is probably about 13years old. We worried that maybe we would replace that part and another part would stop working and we would have to spend another $200. We found one we liked. It was a floor model and $300 cheaper than original price (I can't believe how expensive ovens are). Anyway we had it installed on Wednesday and guess what, parts of the stove top aren't working and only half of the broiler works! We were told not to use it and just to find another one of equal or lesser value of pay the difference if we found one for more. We found a brand new one, still in the box, for $15 more. Well they won't be able to install that one until at least the 11th. We are going to be gone from the 8th-16th so we will only have 1 1/2 weeks so hopefully we will survive.
