3 months updates

Updates, updates,s updates

Three months fly by!

Erin's piano recital was great! We are very proud of her and all of the hard work she did to get ready for that. Andantino when her teacher first gave it to her Erin thought she would never get it right. But she didn't give up and she got it. Fur Elise was different. She was determined to learn that and she learned it pretty quickly. And we still hear it quite a bit three months later! :)

Erin's dance recital. Another year of fun. Her teachers are great!

Erin swimming. She got scared right before swim team was going to start and decided to just do developmental swimming classes at our neighborhood pool. She has been doing really well and probably would have been fine on the swim team. Maybe next year....will we be ready for swim practice everyday at 7 or 8am and having swim meets from 6:30am-at least 1pm...on HOT HUMID days??

Tyler graduated from Preschool and will be going to Kindergarten! He is really excited. He asks all the time if it is time for Kindergarten to start.

Tyler swimming. Tyler has also been doing the developmental swimming classes for the 4-5yr olds. He hasn't gotten into it as much as Erin. The first few practices he wouldn't do anything. Usually just hold on to the wall in the pool. Then a few weeks ago we went swimming with a friend and they wanted to go and swim in the "deep end" (for some reason they think the far wall on the pool in the pool is the deep end. It is actually the same depth as the part they practice in. Anyway he started going under the water and swimming and doing cannon balls off the side! My friend and I were shocked! In practices for some reason he would show his teachers what he had started doing. He was like that until today, the last practice. He swam the whole length of the pool with the kick board, and showed them how he long he could swim under water. I happy that his teacher could finally see that they had taught him something!

Ryan has become very active. He loves to do everything that Tyler and Erin do. He can walk down the stairs, climb the ladder up onto the bunk bed, (also climb everything else), do jumps off the couch, and jumps into the swimming pool...over and over and over. I can't take my eyes off of him at the pool. He is now 18months so he gets to go to Nursery! I think he is happy to play with toys for two hours at church instead of having to walk the halls or sit on someones lap. We are also happy!

Our Ward split AGAIN. We have been in 4 wards in 5 years! Wards are growing so fast out here! The neighbor hood we live in is on the edge of two wards boundaries so that is it is our neighborhood and a few others that keep getting moved around. I am happy that each split I have stayed with my closest friends. I, amazingly, am sort of sad to leave the Primary Presidency. I didn't like conducting but sharing time wasn't too bad and it was fun to be with all of the kids. Dan was the financial Asst ward clerk he enjoyed that. He will now be the ward clerk. We haven't even been to the new ward yet and he has already been to a 5hour meeting and has another meeting on Thursday. It is an all new bishopric and there are a lot of new calling to fill so I think their meeting will be long for the next few weeks.

We went on our yearly vacation to Massanutten, and went on a weekend camping trip, and in a few weeks we will be going to OBX!! Then summer is over :( . It has flown by.

Erin birthday is coming up and she is turning 8! The past 8 years has flown by! She is really excited and even more excited that she gets to have her grandparents come and some uncles, aunt, and cousins!

Ryan woke up and wants out of his crib (amazingly he hasn't figured out how to climb out of that yet!) I will try to post pictures of our last 3 months soon.
